Commercial Terms

Incoterms: FOB Chattogram as standard; CIF/CFR to major ports on request. MOQ: 500 kg (sample figure). Lead time: 2–4 weeks from confirmation. Payment: T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight (discuss on RFQ).

Documentation Checklist

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Batch-specific lab results.

Certificate of Origin

Issued via chamber of commerce.

Phytosanitary Certificate

Plant-quarantine clearance for plant-origin goods.

Packing List & Invoice

Carton/sack level detail for customs.

Bill of Lading / AWB

Sea or air transport document.

Halal / other certificates

Provided where required by destination market.
